- 16 oz ground lamb, 90% lean
- 1/2 onion, medium chopped
- 1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt (or one egg)
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 c. HerbNZest Chive Tomato Relish
- 2 tbs bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
In a bowl, add all ingredients to the meat and mix well. Divide mixture into 16 equal parts. Heat skillet and brush oil. Using your hands, round out and flatten into 16 patties. Now in medium heat, cook the patties, 1-2 minutes on one side, watching to see that it is fully cooked and turning over and cooking for another minute.
Serve with HerbNZest Caramelized Apple Champagne Mustard and HerbNZest Spoonable Curry Ketchup for dipping or topping.
