Peach Iced Tea

Drink, serves 2, 150 cal/serving,10 minutes

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/2 cup water 2 black tea bags (unflavored)
  • 4 tbsp HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup of ice cubes
  • 3 large whole basil leaves, divided
  • 2 orange slices and 2 whole basil leaves for garnishing

Boil water in a kettle. Pulp the HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney and 3 basil leaves (chopped) in a pot. In a teapot add pulp, water, tea bags and soak for 1 minute. Then add sugar and stir. Fill half of a tall glass with ice cubes and then strain the tea into the glass. Garnish with whole basil leaf and orange slice and serve.
