Arugula, Mushroom, and Mozzarella Flat Bread Pizza

Serves 2


  • Flat bread (2 pieces), such as naan
  • 2 tbs of HerbNZest Chive Tomato Relish
  • 4-6 sliced button mushrooms
  • 8-10 slices of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of fresh arugula
  • ground pepper and salt to taste


Using a spoon, spread the HerbNZest Chive Tomato Relish on the flat bread. Lay out the mushrooms and mozzarella. Then sprinkle salt and pepper on top. 

Pan fry over low heat for 10 minutes (cover for the first 5 to melt the cheese) or bake in toaster oven for about 8-10 minutes on 400 degrees until crisp and cheese is melted. Sprinkle fresh arugula on top just before serving.
