Shrimp Cocktail with Chive Tomato Sauce

Serves 4, 100 calories, 5 minutes


  • 1/2 cup HerbNZest Chive Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp, salt
  • 2 drops of Tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 10-12 cooked jumbo shrimp, peeled, deveined with tails on
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients together (except shrimp) and chill for 10 minutes. Pour sauce into a small bowl or martini glass and display shrimp around the rim.
