Stopping by the farmers market this week?  Here are a couple easy HerbNZest combinations to try using in-season ingredients!

 Caramelized Apple Champaign Mustard and Radish Chips Just slice your radishes into thin rounds and throw them in the oven at 400° until crispy.  Dunk in our Caramelized Apple Champaign Mustard for a healthy take on chips and dip! Basil Peach Raisin Chutney and Snap Peas This pairing is super light and refreshing for those hot summer days.  Spoonable Curry Ketchup and Broccoli Try this both as a raw dish and as a cooked dinner for two completely different results. Chipotle Cranberry Orange Relish and Kale Salad This is a great way to use up any leftovers from your CSA share.  Just toss your salad greens with a couple teaspoons of our relish, add a few mint leaves and enjoy a cool lunch.  Curry Pumpkin Pesto and Grilled Asparagus As a side dish or a main course, this two-ingredient combo is a great addition to any barbecue. Chive Tomato Relish and Baked Summer Squash Layer summer squash with our Chive Tomato Relish and bake in the oven until the squash is tender.  Top with your favorite dairy or non-dairy cheese for a family friendly dinner. Fennel Saffron Pumpkin Butter and Sautéed Green Onions This savory sauce can be added to pasta, rice, grilled meat, or salad.
