Farm to Table: 2 Ingredient Gazpacho

Market season is back, and this year we are bringing new ideas to the kitchen table!  This week we are sampling a new quick-n-easy recipe that can be ready to serve in just 5 minutes.  All you need is a blender, some in season produce, and a little creativity.

Ingredients: 1 Jar of HerbNZest Spoonable Curry Ketchup 2 Medium Cucumbers Salt (optional) Step One: Pour entire jar of HerbNZest Spoonable Curry Ketchup into blender. Step Two: Slice up 2 cucumbers than gradually add into blender.  Mix until desired consistency is reached. Step Three: Zest it up!  Use local, in-season ingredients to make this simple soup into a meal masterpiece. Try adding things like: Garbanzo beans and parsley (pictured above) Toasted pine nuts Diced squash and carrots Fresh tomatoes Cream
