Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients: (serves 4)
- 1.5 pound of pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 fresh ground black peppercorn
- 1 7.6 oz jar of HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney
Direction for Preparation:
- Heat oil in a skillet and sear pork until brown
- Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F
- Let pork cool for 10 minutes and slice
- Top with HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney and serve
