Pork Tenderloin

Pork_Tenderloin

Ingredients: (serves 4)

  • 1.5 pound of pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 fresh ground black peppercorn
  • 1 7.6 oz jar of HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney

 

Direction for Preparation:

  • Heat oil in a skillet and sear pork until brown
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees F
  • Let pork cool for 10 minutes and slice
  • Top with HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney and serve
