Pork or lamb chop with peach chutney

Ingredients (serves 4)

4 8oz center-cut pork or lamb chops (with bone in, 1 inch thickness)

4 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp paprika

4 tbsp HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney

Side salad of greens and tomatoes (optional)

 

Directions

Rub in salt, cumin, paprika, 1 tbsp oil, and salt on pork or lamb chops.Heat oil in a skillet or alternatively fire up your backyard grillĀ  and cook pork chops for 10 minutes until cooked through. Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes. Then top with a tbsp of HerbNZest Basil Peach Raisin Chutney and side salad (optional) and serve.
